“Big Bad DAS, killing those Labor bills :)”

In my latest Hartford News column, I reported that a source told me the Department of Administrative Services, which oversees the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, killed a weakened version of the Community Party’s Safe Work Environment Act during the 2015 legislative session. https://hendu39.wordpress.com/2015/12/03/syrian-refugeesplanned-parenthood-terror-attackblack-lives-matter-criticismrep-peter-tercyak-dmhas-a-conflict-of-interest/

My Connecticut Valley Hospital co-worker John Hollis has discovered evidence  of DAS collaborating with DMHAS and lawmakers to kill  workers rights legislation. Below is an email where retired Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Legislative Program Manager Doreen DelBianco talks with DAS official Terrence Tulloch-Reid about a 2012 workplace violence prevention bill, supported by John and myself. John and I obtained this email from CVH through a Freedom of Information Act request. This email is especially disturbing considering the history of workplace violence at state agencies, specifically the 1998 Connecticut Lottery mass shooting.
